Procedure

  1. Confirm the final master, title, audience, platform, purpose, and primary search intent.
  2. Lead with a plain summary of what the viewer will see and learn.
  3. Add accurate chapters from the final timeline where the platform supports them.
  4. Credit participants, creators, music, footage, sponsors, and material as required.
  5. Link captions, transcript, sources, corrections, privacy, and accessibility resources.
  6. Add one relevant next action and descriptive links with tracking only when approved.
  7. Check names, claims, dates, URLs, disclosure, rights, and platform length.
  8. Publish the description and verify rendering on mobile and desktop.
