Procedure
- Verify customer legal name, contact, seller entity, currency, quote owner, and reference.
- Define item or service, quantity, unit, deliverable, dates, location, dependencies, and exclusions.
- Calculate unit price, discount, subtotal, tax treatment, fees, total, deposit, and payment schedule.
- State assumptions, customer responsibilities, change process, expenses, and expiry date.
- Include delivery, acceptance, cancellation, refund, and governing contract reference where applicable.
- Assign version and approval before sending through a verified channel.
- Recalculate totals and inspect the exact PDF or message.
- Record accepted, revised, expired, or declined status.
