Brief
Your building or street has a group chat, and every month the same questions come back: which day the bins go out, where guests can park, who to call when the elevator stops. Put the answers at one URL and get it pinned in the chat. The page wins when the next person who asks gets the link instead of a retyped answer.
Personalize
- The place. Your actual building, street, or block, with a group chat or notice board that already exists.
- The questions. Scroll the chat back two months and list every question that appeared more than once. That list is your table of contents; do not invent sections nobody asked about.
- The keeper of facts. A building manager, a association member, or the long-time neighbor who knows everything. They check your answers before anything goes live, because a wrong bin day makes the page worse than no page.
Milestones
- Collect the repeated questions from the chat and confirm each answer with the person who would know.
- One page live at a URL: questions as headings, answers short enough to read while standing in the hallway.
- Phone numbers and contacts added, each with permission from the person or office being listed.
- Reviewed by the keeper of facts; corrections applied.
- Link posted in the group chat, pinned if the admin agrees.
- One update cycle: something changes (a schedule, a contact), you update the page the same week. Final README.
Done means
- Live URL responding; readable on a phone
- Every answer verified by a named person, noted in the README
- Contacts listed only with the permission of those listed
- The link is pinned or posted in the group chat, and it has been sent in reply to at least one repeat question
- At least 8 commits across at least 5 distinct days, authored by you
- SESSIONS.md has an entry per session, written by you
