Brief

You and two strong friends, available weekends, for the couch-up-the-stairs jobs in your own neighborhood. The page: who the crew is, a photo, what you will move, what you charge, and how to book. The refusal list keeps three teenagers from getting hurt, so it goes on the page next to the prices.

Personalize

• The crew. The two friends, named, with their parents in the loop from day one.
• The job list. What three people can carry without injury: couches, mattresses, dressers, boxed appliances with a dolly. The refusal list holds pianos, safes, and anything involving a ladder.
• The price. Flat per job or per hour, agreed before you show up, split evenly the same day.
• The range. Your own neighborhood, close enough that you arrive on foot.

Milestones

1. Page live on day one: crew, job list, refusal list, price, booking contact.
2. Crew ground rules agreed and written down: how money splits, what happens on a no-show, who says no to an unsafe job.
3. Page shared by mid-week with neighbors and the local group your parents use.
4. First job done: doorways measured before lifting, lifting done with legs, nobody hurt.
5. Final README: jobs done, refusals made, what the crew changed after job one.

Done means

• Live URL responding; readable on a phone
• Honest-claims check passed: the photo is the crew, the job list is within what you have safely carried
• Refusal list on the page and enforced on every booking
• First booking or inquiry logged in SESSIONS.md, which has an entry per session
• Payment in cash or a parent-okayed app, split evenly the same day
• Every parent involved knows the time and address of every job
