Brief
One dish, cooked start to finish by your grandmother (or whoever holds the family recipe), filmed by you and cut into a short: her hands doing the work, her voice over it telling you how and why. You shoot and edit; the agent helps plan the shot list and reviews cuts. If you built the family recipe archive, this pairs with it.
Personalize
- The dish. The one only she makes right, ideally the one with a story attached. Ask her to pick if you cannot.
- Her comfort. Some grandmothers perform for a camera and some freeze. Decide together whether she talks while cooking or you record her narration afterward.
- The kitchen. Hers. Clear one counter angle and one overhead if you can manage it. Do not restage her somewhere nicer.
